TwinStar Aviation is a wholly Kenyan-owned company with bases in Nairobi, Kenya and Juba, Republic of South Sudan. The company began operations and was formally registered in the Republic of Kenya as well as the Republic of South Sudan in 2014.

TwinStar was formed by two principals with varying and extensive backgrounds in regional and international aviation experience. The principals are both professional pilots and managers in the aviation industry with a combined industry experience of over 50 years.
